to put your home on the market.
Enter your home information into the
MLS system allowing all real estate
agents to show your home on your
terms.
Design and prepare marketing tools,
such as a take-away brochure.
Guide you in staging your home to sell.
Advertise your home appropriately.
Present all offers to purchase your home,
regardless of "terms".
Advise you through the contract
negotiations - but allow you to make
the final decisions.
Guide you through the contract terms to
assure you meet all contracted
requirements.
Arrange closing at title company at a
time agreeable to you and the
buyer(s).
Attend closing and provide explanations
as needed.
When Buying, Lynne will:
Prepare all legal documents necessary
to establish a working relationship
between you and the PWRE agency,
and with Lynne Poston as your sales
representative.
Allow you to review homes for sale that
meet your specifications before taking
the time to actually tour homes for sale.
Make appointments and tour homes
for sale that you select.
Prepare and submit an offer to purchase
the home you select at your price and
terms as well as all other documents
as necessary by Ohio law.
Assist you in contract negotiations until
you and the seller reach a written
agreement.
Guide you through the contracted terms
to assure you meet all contracted
requirements.
Attend closing and provide explanations
as needed.
